This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Jose, CA, for a Project Manager at FaciliCorp. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, supervising inspections, expediting processes, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project success.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring skills
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure project timelines are met
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Strong Logistics Management skills to oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
