This is a full-time, on-site role for a Space Planner based in San Jose, CA. The Space Planner will be responsible for designing and planning efficient corporate workspaces, creating floor plans and layouts, collaborating with teams on interior design elements, preparing construction drawings, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to deliver precise design solutions. They will also coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Experience with Space Planning and creating efficient, functional workplace layouts
- Proficiency in creating Floor Plans and Interior Design concepts
- Ability to prepare detailed Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in corporate facilities planning or management is an advantage
