Job Description
As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Spa Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
- Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and memberships
- Assist in all in store operational processes.
- Ensure store standards are always adhered to.
- Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
- Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
- Assist with keeping the store clean and fully always stocked.
- Guest Service Experience (1 year)
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Preferred Spa / Salon Experience
Availability: Weekends Required
