Studio Manager — F45 Bay Shore

Are you a sales-driven leader who can also coach a room and build a team people want to work for? F45 Bay Shore is looking for a Studio Manager to own our sales and lead-generation engine, coach our members, and run the day-to-day of one of the most energetic boutique fitness communities on Long Island.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real ownership: you'll set the sales strategy, lead a team, and directly drive the growth of the business — with the autonomy to build something and the accountability to grow it.
What You'll Own
Sales & Growth of Studio
- Drive and exceed all sales and membership growth targets
- Lead the lead-generation and marketing plans across social, digital/print, and community events
- Create sales goals, contests, and incentive-based motivation to keep the team's energy up
- Build strategic partnerships and outreach with local businesses, community groups, and charities
- Own the full membership sales cycle, from first inquiry to conversion to retention
- Drive the client referral program and creatively reduce churn over time
- Connect and build relationships with members to help drive results and increase retention
- Own and grow social media accounts including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
Coaching & Team Leadership
- Coach 12 classes per week and keep the studio's F45 programming knowledge sharp
- Responsible for coaching in-studio classes (12 or more depending on studio coverage needs)
- Recruit, train, and consistently develop group fitness coaches and membership sales consultants, building the kind of culture that makes people want to stay
- Build team schedules and lead day-to-day operations across the studio
- Upholding the F45 Brand programming and educating staff and members
Studio Operations & Experience
- Ensure front desk systems and studio processes run tight i.e. check-in, phone inquiries, payments, delinquent accounts, customer care
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and on brand
- Bring genuine hospitality and professionalism to every member and teammate interaction
- Grow gross margins through smart scheduling, capacity utilization, and efficiency
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors
What You Bring
- 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of growth
- 1 years of coaching experience
- 1 years of management/staff oversight experience
- A current, nationally accredited fitness certification (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, PTA, NASM, AFAA) — or willingness to obtain one
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- High proficiency with Mindbody Business or a similar platform
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working independently as well as with Studio Owners and the team
