Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Personal Trainers / Group Fitness Coaches to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is confident leading group fitness classes, knowledgeable in exercise technique, and excited about creating an outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coach F45 group fitness classes with energy and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instruction
- Correct form and offer regressions and progressions
- Motivate members and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Conduct member introductions and assist new clients
- Help with studio setup and breakdown
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Support member retention and studio growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Group fitness coaching experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Experience
- Functional training, HIIT, or strength coaching
- Sales or customer service
- Social media and community engagement
Availability Requirements
- Early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 AM)
- Evenings (through approximately 7:30 -8:00 PM)
- Some weekends
- Flexible availability is a plus
