We are seeking a high-energy, people-first Studio Manager to lead our F45 Training studio in Edwardsville, IL. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines studio operations, team leadership, membership sales, and class coaching.

This role is with a locally owned F45 Training studio — F45 Edwardsville.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure a premium member experience
- Coach F45 group training classes each week
- Recruit, train, and develop coaches and front desk staff
- Drive membership sales, retention, and community engagement
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and administrative duties
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and F45 brand standards
- Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Track and report key performance metrics (membership growth, retention, attendance)
- Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture
- Ensure safety procedures and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Proven leadership or management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- Comfortable coaching or willing to complete F45 coaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded with ability to drive membership growth
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $48,000 – $58,000 per year
