We’re seeking highly motivated, client‑focused, result-driven Real Estate Agents who want to increase their production, income, and long‑term success. In this role, you’ll conduct property showings, build strong client relationships, and consistently hit monthly sales targets—while we handle the backend so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals in a fast‑paced, structured environment that delivers both stability and upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead property showings and present features effectively to support sales decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Analyze customer needs to guide the sales process and drive successful outcomes.
  • Accurately document client interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Conduct client tours, manage follow‑up, and successfully close deals
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
  • Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge

Qualification

  • Demonstrated sales mindset with a strong work ethic and accountability for results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborative team player who values professionalism and integrity
  • Proficient in navigating CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activity

  • Ongoing pay: Hourly base (minimum wage) aggressive commissions
  • Expected earnings: ~$100K within first 14 months; $150 top performers
  • Mileage rates paid
  • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
