Key Responsibilities
- Engage qualified inbound prospects and guide them through a structured sales process
- Build trust quickly by understanding client goals and recommending tailored solutions
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage client tours or consultations as part of the sales experience
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance metrics

Qualification
- Proven experience in retail commission-based sales or similar performance-driven sales environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling, and closing
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with a wide range of clients
- Comfort engaging prospects by phone, video, and in person
- Strong professionalism, time management, and follow‑through

- Background in environments with inbound leads and scheduled appointments
- Ongoing pay: Hourly base (minimum wage) aggressive commissions
- Expected earnings: ~$100K within first 14 months; $150 top performers
