We're looking for skilled Industrial Refrigeration Service Technicians who take pride in their craft, value safety, and want to grow with a company where the best ideas win—not politics.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Work on ammonia, CO2, and synthetic refrigerant systems
- Communicate directly with customers and facility personnel
- Complete service documentation and reports
What We're Looking For
- Industrial refrigeration service experience
- Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- RETA, IIAR, GCAP, or equivalent training is a plus
