We're seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Branch Manager to lead operations, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth within an assigned market.

What You'll Do:
Leadership
- Lead and develop service, project, and administrative personnel.
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor future leaders within the organization.
Operations
- Drive operational excellence and execution.
- Improve productivity, utilization, and customer responsiveness.
- Ensure projects and service activities are delivered safely and profitably.
Business Development
- Strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Support strategic account growth.
- Identify new opportunities within industrial refrigeration and cold storage markets.
Financial Performance
- Manage branch profitability and operational performance.
- Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, utilization, and margin performance.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth.
Safety
- Champion an industry-leading safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IIAR, and company safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience within industrial refrigeration, mechanical contracting, construction, service operations, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of service operations and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to develop teams and improve organizational performance.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
