Project Engineer - Land Development and DesignChantilly, VAOur Ideal Candidates who have 3-5 Years of Experience:Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Would preferably have EIT Certification, but not required.Must have experience in designing, preparing, and processing land development applications.Must have experience in Northern Virginia jurisdictions.Should have experience with Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-use projects.Must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on their knowledge of civil engineering concepts and locality requirements.Must have proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on civil engineering concepts and locality requirements.Understands and actively contributes to the preparation of full sets of construction plans.Must be detail-oriented to ensure excellence across all work products submitted to Project Managers.
