You will collaborate with engineering, field survey, and office teams to support land development projects by preparing accurate surveys, maps, and legal descriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and support boundary, ALTA, control, and topographic surveys
- Prepare plat maps, legal descriptions, and recorded exhibits
- Assist in land subdivision planning and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering and field survey teams for project execution
- Review survey data for accuracy and compliance
- (For experienced candidates) Lead projects, manage teams, and oversee deadlines
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of surveying principles, mapping, and land development processes
- Familiarity with survey software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- (Preferred) Professional licensure or working towards certification
Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
