Estimating Coordinator (Construction / Heavy Civil)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to support a dynamic estimating team within a well-established construction organization. This role plays a critical part in managing bid communications, organizing project documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient estimating process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bid-related email communications and correspondence
• Download, organize, and distribute bid documents
• Track and maintain bid documents including addenda, RFIs, and drawings
• Maintain bid logs and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate estimating meetings (scheduling, agendas, follow-ups)
• Prepare bidders lists for public works projects
• Assist with bid bonds and prequalification documentation
• Support coordination between estimating, drafting, and operations teams
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, engineering, or estimating support
• Familiarity with public works bidding, RFIs, addenda, and bid processes
• Experience with plan rooms, bid platforms, or document management systems

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
(Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill set)
