We are seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to join a growing team specializing in concrete pavement and heavy civil construction projects in the Brookfield, WI area.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working alongside Project Managers and Superintendents on roadway and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Support field operations and collaborate with site teams
- Track project costs, quantities, and productivity
- Review plans, specifications, and construction drawings
- Assist with submittals, documentation, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or co-ops welcome)
- Interest in roadway, paving, or heavy civil construction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Bluebeam or similar tools a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
