We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in a full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. This vital role involves providing exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings, including acute care, outpatient services, and long-term care environments. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and medication management for acute pain or chronic conditions.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as catheterizations, suturing, tube feeding management, and specimen collection/processing.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as ICU, emergency medicine, trauma medicine at Level I or Level II trauma centers, or pediatric intensive care units (PICU).
- Manage complex cases involving infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics including memory care and Alzheimer's care, and behavioral health needs.
- Support patients through discharge planning, education on medication administration, wound care (including ostomy), and post-acute care instructions.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- an RN role (1 years)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Home Health RN

- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, 1 on-call shift a week (5p-10p), and 1 weekend a month
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
