We are looking for an Associate Product Manager - Commercial Strategy to support the development and growth of our product lines.
Job Summary:
The Associate Product Manager – Commercial Strategy supports the growth and success of the EZ-ACCESS product portfolio by executing commercial strategies that drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with product development, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure products are positioned effectively, competitive opportunities are leveraged, and customer needs are met. Responsibilities include go-to-market planning, product performance tracking, and the creation of sales enablement tools to support the commercial line of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Execution
Support development and execution of go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update the commercial product roadmap in alignment with overall product strategy.
Coordinate product launches, ensuring consistent messaging and effective sales enablement tools across all customer touchpoints.
Market & Competitive Insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
Provide actionable competitive intelligence and positioning recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
Product Performance & Customer Insights
Track product performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monitor customer feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to address product and commercial challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing to create product-focused campaigns and collateral.
Partner with Sales and Customer Support to understand customer needs, inquiries, and feedback trends.
Coordinate with Operations on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and fulfillment considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product marketing, commercial operations, or sales support (manufacturing, hardware, or accessibility products preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms; experience with tools such as Power BI, ClickUp, or SharePoint preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
