This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dickinson, ND, for an Optician. As an Optician at EYEWEAR CONCEPTS INC., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments. You will work closely with optometrists to support patients during eye exams, interpret prescriptions, and provide expert advice on lens options, frames, and care. Additional tasks include maintaining product inventory and managing customer records while adhering to company and industry standards.
- Proficiency in optics and knowledge of lens materials and eyewear fitting techniques
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of optometry practices and experience assisting during eye exams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer records and inventory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in eyewear sales or a related field is a plus
- Certification as an optician or relevant training is preferred
