What You'll Do

• Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style
• Educate patients on eyewear options and lens technology
• Measure, fit, dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear
• Verify prescriptions and ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and provide outstanding customer support
• Process orders, insurance information, and payments accurately
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Support a successful, efficient, and patient-focused optical department
