We’re expanding! Our growing eye care group is adding a new hybrid location in Panama City, and we’re seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. This location serves both optometry and ophthalmology patients, and we're looking for someone who can lead a team, manage workflows, and help deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staff schedules, and provider efficiency.
- Direct and support staff across front desk, clinical, optical, and scheduling functions.
- Monitor and manage the provider schedules to maximize productivity and patient access.
- Ensure staff interact with patients and referral sources in a professional, compassionate manner.
- Respond to and resolve patient complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, improve processes, and maintain team cohesion.
- Be available to address concerns from providers, team members, or patients in a timely and positive manner.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and best practices for private medical offices.
- Ensure adherence to written policies and procedures across all areas of the practice.
- Act as the liaison between your location and regional leadership to communicate needs, progress, and performance.

- Proactive in resolving personnel and operational issues in a constructive and timely manner.
- Proven experience building and maintaining an efficient, cohesive, and productive team.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of medical office management experience preferred, especially in optometry, ophthalmology, or multi-specialty healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with medical software, scheduling, insurance processing, and collections strongly preferred.
- Experience in eye care (optometry and/or ophthalmology) is a plus.
- COA, COT, or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care and operational leadership.
