Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in/out patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
- Assist with rescheduling patients as needed due to schedule changes
- Cross-train with surgery scheduling and switchboard operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Front Desk Receptionist Qualificaitons:
- Previous front office or medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
