Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with multitasking abilities and a solid understanding of insurance and claims reimbursement processes. Excellent telephone and patient relation skills are a must, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently gather and process information for medical insurance claims to ensure timely submissions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in pending claims by liaising with internal teams and external parties as needed.
- Answering both patient and insurance company calls
- Regularly generate and analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) reports to monitor outstanding balances and follow up accordingly.
- Manage insurance-related tasks and proactively contact insurance companies to address and resolve unpaid claims.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve departmental goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-5
