Extension is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in West Bend, WI!
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and post job requisitions to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Use professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders and HR
- Conduct and coordinate phone and on-site interviews to evaluate if the applicants meet the position requirements
- Help coordinate, implement and attend college recruiting initiatives and career fairs
- Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across manufacturing, professional, and managerial roles
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of staffing and recruiting experience on a corporate/national level
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Suite and social media
- Previous experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration or related field
Salary & Schedule Information
- Headquarters in West Bend
- Hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote, 3 days onsite)
- $52,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience
