SAP FICO Analyst

Extension is seeking an SAP FICO Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for the SAP system and end users, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Focus on programming, configuration, and enhancement of the ERP application (SAP FICO)
• Support the development and deployment of new SAP solutions for North American finance teams
• Assist with system integrations, report testing/building, and handling change requests
• Collaborate closely with finance leadership and global SAP teams to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in training, troubleshooting, and month-end close support activities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of hands-on experience working directly with SAP Financial and Controlling (FICO) modules
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, system upgrades, or module rollouts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance and IT teams
• Manufacturing industry experience and exposure to global/matrix environments preferred
• Experience with distribution/allocation cycles or ss models

Salary Information

• Starting salary: $90,000 - $135,000 base 10% annual bonus
• Full-time, direct-hire role with benefits
• Primarily on-site in Milwaukee, Monday–Thursday, with occasional travel (<20%)
