Extension is seeking a Recruiting Assistant for a Contract‐to‐Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full‐cycle recruitment process for professional CDL drivers
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and terminal leadership
- Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and a smooth onboarding experience
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time‐management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA compliance preferred
Salary Information
- $24.00 per hour
Additional Details
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
- Background Screen: Required
- Interview Process: Onsite
