Extension is seeking a Developer for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand the needs of the business to ensure technical systems are operating efficiently.
- Responsible for developing automated programs, coordinating interfaces between systems and applications, and responding to any issues with functionality.
- Create test plans and processes to ensure systems follow company standards and guidelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with COBOL and Easytrieve programming.
- Prior experience working as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
- Experience with leading projects and setting the direction for technical implementations.
Salary Information
- $100/hr with some flexibility
- 6 month contract before hire
- 1st shift hours
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
