Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Parts Manager to lead our clients parts department operations within a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is responsible for driving parts sales, gross profit, inventory control, and team performance while supporting service operations and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience in automotive parts management, dealership operations, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts department team
- Drive parts sales, revenue growth, and gross margin performance
- Manage and optimize inventory control, stock levels, and obsolescence
- Enforce pricing strategies, discounting policies, and profit margins
- Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory, returns, and core processing
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient parts availability for service technicians
- Resolve customer issues and internal escalations quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to improve workflow and efficiency
- Maintain OSHA safety standards, organization, and compliance
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or Parts Supervisor
- Experience in automotive dealership, truck dealership, or heavy equipment parts operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and dealership software (DMS)
- Proven ability to increase parts sales, profitability, and inventory turns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year bonuses
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
