Extension is seeking an Account Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI!
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned customer accounts, ensuring sufficient staffing levels, quality placements, and performance tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and client stakeholders
- Coordinate daily with dispatchers and recruiters to fulfill high-volume and skilled roles.
- Produce staffing productivity, accruals, conversion rates, and internal GP/financial reporting.
- Manage job order creation, maintenance, and closure in the ATS.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, improve service offerings, and anticipate upcoming talent needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of staffing experience, ideally in light industrial, high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, handle volume, and fill mid-level roles (maintenance tech, facilities, supervisors, HR coordinator, etc.)
- Strong client-facing communication skills—professional, confident, clear
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience overseeing large associate populations
- Experience managing a book of 10–50 clients
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
Salary & Schedule Information
- Base salary $60k - $65k plus commission
- Onsite in Downtown Milwaukee
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
