Job description
Job Requirements:
- Experienced and knowledgeable in construction and/or maintenance
- Able to handle a wide variety of repairs (including painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Good at troubleshooting and problem solving
- Able to work occasional Saturdays if needed
- Owns all tools needed for general handyman tasks ( We can provide some)
Job Responsibilities:
- On call to respond to requests and issues
- Performs routine maintenance work and makes repairs to properties as needed, including painting, drywall repair, caulking, repairing doors and locks, fixing water leaks, replacing lightbulbs, cleaning common areas, and light carpentry work
- Completes minor renovation projects as needed
- Performs high-quality work with attention to detail
- Courteous and professional in interacting with tenants
