Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are clear and understood.
- Schedule project timelines and manage resources effectively to optimize workflow.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for roofing projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
