Warehouse Lead Order Picker

Position: M-F 8:30-5:00, 40 Hours (in-person at our Holyoke, MA location)

Overtime may be required during shipping season (Approximately August to November).

Expressive Design Group is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes all-occasion and seasonal gift-wrapping paper products to a wide variety of local, national, and international retailers.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Lead Order Picker to help us accurately fulfill multi-truck customer orders. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar environment with the ability to learn new processes quickly, pick and organize outgoing large shipments at a highly detailed level while meeting shipment deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick Orders: As assigned, accurately select items from aisle locations according to customer orders.
• Prepare Shipments: Pack, wrap, and label products (pallets or boxes) securely for shipment.
• Receive Shipments: Unload arriving containers to count, organize, and store incoming products.
• Operate Equipment: Safely operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse machinery.
• Inventory Accuracy: Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Additional duties as assigned during non-shipping periods.
