Preschool Dance Instructor

Expressions in Rhythm Studio is seeking*passionate, playful,*and*professional*dance instructor to lead our Preschool (ages 2-4) program starting January, 2026! The ideal candidates will have a strong background in dance and experience working with children in various educational settings. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the joy of dance among our youngest students. The Dance Instructor will play a vital role in developing students' skills, confidence, and love for dance.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and age-appropriate dance classes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop lesson plans that align with our studio's mission and values.
• Prepare students for performance showcases and concerts.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dance instruction, preferably with children or in preschool settings.
• Strong knowledge and background in Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop and/or Jazz.
• Ability to create a fun, dynamic classroom atmosphere that promotes learning through movement.
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate diverse groups of learners.
