Store Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Scheduling will fall within these business hours.)
Schedule
- Part-time position available
- Day shifts only
- No late evenings
- Weekend availability is required
- Team members work rotating Saturdays (approximately every other Saturday)
- Flexible scheduling within business hours
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Help customers choose the best shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox solutions.
- Recommend products and services that genuinely meet customers' needs.
- Process domestic and international shipments accurately.
- Assist with printing, copying, and basic graphic design projects (training provided).
- Operate our POS system and PostalMate shipping software (paid training provided).
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Receive and organize mailbox mail and incoming packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store.
- Restock retail merchandise and supplies as needed.
- Work with your team to exceed customer expectations while helping the store achieve sales goals.
- Learn new skills and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Retail, customer service, sales, shipping, printing, or office experience is a plus—but not required. We believe attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are more important than experience, and we're happy to train the right person.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving packages throughout the day.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
