What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
- Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
- Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
- Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
- Set up and dismantle event booths as required
What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:
- A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
- High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
- Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation
- A confident team player who can work independently
- Preferred, but not required: 1 years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience
