About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to support our day-to-day financial operations. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate records, managing customer accounts, and following up on billing and collections.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions while collaborating with internal teams and communicating with customers. Job Type: In-Person – Full-Time
Location: Located at our corporate office off of 43rd Ave & Washington
Schedule: Monday- Friday (Flexible from 6am-5pm)
Compensation: $23-25 hourly
What You’ll Do
- Performs duties in support of the organization’s accounts receivable functions, including accurate and timely processing and collections of all monies and receivable record keeping.
- Maintain high volume accounting records for accounts receivable
- Process and apply deposits and COD payments via check, credit card, and ACH daily
- Review contracts to ensure accurate financial information and payment information is recorded properly
- Process and post third party financing as assigned
- Manage In-House Financing clients including entering new clients, posting payments, and communicating with customers regarding declined payments and account changes
- Contact customers regarding billing issues and past due payments
- Create and send collection letters based on A/R aging reports
- Support month end activities within the A/R function
- Identify and recommend process improvements to facilitate efficient and effective AR processes
- Work assigned tasks in Microsoft Teams
- Promote positive and professional work environment
- Any other projects as assigned by management
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years in accounts receivable, collections or general accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift to 10lbs when needed.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
