Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflow
- Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse employees while maintaining accountability
- Assign work priorities and ensure production schedules are met
- Monitor safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement as needed
- Communicate effectively with production and management teams
- Address employee performance professionally and constructively
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or foreman experience required
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful, mentoring approach
- Organized, dependable, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
