Forklift Operator

Location: Garland/Burlington, Wyoming
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and storage areas.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility.
- Stack, stage, and organize inventory according to established procedures.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete pre-shift checklists.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records as required.
- Assist with warehouse, production, and housekeeping duties.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including dust, noise, heat, and cold.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Schedule
- 7am - 3:30pm Overtime as required
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
