Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who is in search of Extrusion Operators on 1st and 3rd shifts pay is up to $23.50/hour. As an Extrusion Operator you will be helping with the very beginning of the cable making process. Extrusion is melting down product and overlaying it on copper.

Shifts and Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• • $21.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 12am-8am
• • $23.50/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

$1,000 temporary sign on bonus after 90 days.

Job Duties:

• Following computerized instructions accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot individual conductor extrusion process.
• Follow production schedules.

• Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time.
• Inspect product according to current Standard operating procedures and/or Control plan.
• Problem solve production issues as products are set up and ran to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Accurately charge times to jobs.
• Utilize correct raw materials ordered from Material Handler as needed for your assigned process.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Material movement via hand truck.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk and stand for duration of 8 hour shift.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• This job is located within the United States.
• Must be able to commute to Osceola, WI (not a remote role)
