Job Summary:
Responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while following all safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and move materials to designated locations.
- Transport, stage, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Perform put-away and replenishment tasks as needed.
- Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any issues.
- Verify product quantities and check for damaged materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
