Job Summary
Perform a variety of material handling and warehouse duties to support the consistent flow of donated goods and materials through the distribution and retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties, including post-consumer sorting, outlet rotation, tipping, and organizing materials.
- Receive donations from the public, unload items, sort donations into appropriate containers, and remove unusable items and trash.
- Assist donors by providing information, issuing receipts, and following donation acceptance guidelines.
- Complete required paperwork, including truck manifests, equipment inspection forms, donor logs, and receipts.
- Use SAP scanning systems accurately as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to donors, coworkers, and the general public.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
- Communicate work progress, concerns, and operational issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and sort donated goods and materials.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Basic ability to complete paperwork and use scanning systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30AM-3PM OR 12PM-8:30PM
- Pay Rate: $18.50-19/hr
