DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview

We're seeking a compassionate, skilled full-time Attorney specializing in Estate Planning & Elder Law to join our team. The right candidate will:

• Help clients navigate complex issues like Medicaid, asset protection, trusts, wills, estate administration, long-term care, special needs situations, and business succession planning.
• Embrace our educational model guiding clients with clarity and confidence through group workshops, one-on-one conversations, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations & Planning: Advise individuals, families, business owners, and seniors on estate and elder law strategies covering asset protection, Medicaid crisis planning, wills, trusts, special needs trusts, long-term care planning, and more.
• Legal Drafting & Administration: Prepare wills, trusts, POAs, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and estate administration documents.
• Workshops & Education: Lead and host workshops aimed at alleviating legal anxiety and equipping the community with knowledge.
• Community Engagement: Participate in blog writing, podcasts, and collaborative outreach that educates and aligns with the firm's mission.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated experience (or strong interest) in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, probate, etc.
• Excellent client communication skills-able to translate legal complexity into clear, compassionate guidance.
