Keystone Heritage Law is seeking an experienced attorney who wants to build and grow a meaningful legal practice without taking on the full operational burden of starting and running a law firm. Keystone Heritage Law is a growing firm focused on estate planning, business law, and related advisory services. We provide the infrastructure, technology, administrative support, marketing resources, and business systems that allow attorneys to focus on practicing law and developing client relationships.

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing
- Meaningful legal practice experience of 5 years
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage legal matters
- Strong drafting, legal research, analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships independently
- Interested in developing business and growing a practice
- Values autonomy and accountability
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
- Wants a long-term professional home rather than simply another associate position
- Interested in eventually taking on greater leadership within a growing firm
Experience in one or more of the following areas is particularly valuable:
- Estate planning and estate administration
- Trusts
- Business and corporate law
- Real estate
- Landlord/tenant
- General counsel or outside general counsel services
- Business succession planning
Keystone Heritage Law is also open to experienced attorneys with complimentary practice areas who see an opportunity to develop a practice within our firm.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
