Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely input of financial and billing transactions into accounting software.
• Verification and validation of data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Identification and resolution of discrepancies within financial and billing records.
• Preparation and review of invoices to ensure correct billing information.
• Collaborative communication with team members to acquire missing information and clarify discrepancies.
• Adherence to relevant accounting standards, billing procedures, regulations, and company policies.
• Preservation of the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and billing data.

Possible Responsibilities

• Categorization and coding of financial and billing transactions to ensure proper allocation.
• Maintenance of well-organized and current financial and billing documentation.
