We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Attendant / Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations for one of our valued clients. This role blends general office upkeep with administrative and clerical responsibilities to help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, breakrooms, and meeting rooms
• Restock office supplies, kitchen items, and paper goods
• Assist with meeting room setup and general office logistics

Administrative & Clerical

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and record‑keeping
• Provide daily administrative support to staff and management

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, office software)
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
