Top JobLocated in Aurora, ILSalary: $24.00 to $26.00A company in Aurora is seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE'S to join their team!!**DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (Flexible but during core business hours. May be required to work overtime). Pay Rate: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience.Job PurposeHandle all administrative activities within the Customer Service office. Interact with external customers and internal sales force and other key personnel to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and sales leads. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls, direct or take messages for staff when necessary.Handle phone and walk in orders, coordinate billing process and contact walk in customer(s) when order(s) are ready for pick-up.Process quotes and sales orders through Quick Books based on pre-determined charges for requested services and solicit the sale of new or additional products and services (up sell) when appropriate. Work closely with Regional Sales Managers on providing inventory availability, troubleshooting and order status. Maintain the compliance of serial numbers. Research and provide computer generated data to customers upon request.Handle any additional misc. administrative tasks required to keep customers data and customer service office in order. Work with Logistics Coordinator for shipping quotes when needed and coordinate bulk tank deliveries.Complete RMA's and customer complaint documents.Qualifications / SkillsHigh School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.One to two years related experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Excel required.Fluent in English preferred - possess the ability to write, speak and understand.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Ability to accept responsibility and be held accountable for his/her actions and conductAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.Please reach out to Express Employment Professionals North Aurora at 630-429-9113#3156Express Office: North Aurora1135 Oak StreetNorth Aurora, IL 60542
