What You'll Do
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Work closely with internal staff and leadership on financial matters
- Support the Controller/leadership with additional accounting tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of education
