Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local Property Management company that is in need of an Assistant Property Manager. This person will be responsible for talking to owners and tenants on the phone, handling emails and text messages, taking care of lease renewals, notifying tenants of late payments, taking messages for the property manager, taking information from new owners to manage their house, managing emails for the property manager, and other duties as assigned.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with AppFolio is preferred
- Previous experience in Property Management is highly preferred
