Key Responsibilities
- Scan, label, and upload patient documents into the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Verify accuracy and legibility of scanned documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Organize physical and electronic files for quick retrieval.
- Assist with front office duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Support other administrative staff with general clerical tasks.
- Previous clerical or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
