Inventory / Quality Inspector – 1st Shift (Sat–Tues)
Location: Willoughby Hills, OH
Start Time: 5:00 AM (end time varies based on load volume and operational needs)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile product quantities.
Inspect incoming and outgoing food/produce loads for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Operate a forklift to move, organize, and verify product.
Document inventory and inspection results using computer systems.
Identify discrepancies, report issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with cross-training in other warehouse tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous inventory or quality inspection experience in a food, produce, or warehouse environment required.
Forklift experience required.
Strong math skills and ability to perform accurate counts.
Computer-savvy—comfortable using basic software, data entry, and documentation tools.
Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and cross-train.
Ability to work in varying temperatures (produce environment).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
