We are currently seeking a Project Architect for a leading Commercial Architectural firm in Honolulu. An architectural designer is responsible for working with the project team to complete various project phases.
Responsibilities:
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Assist and prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract
documents including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics,
details, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
• Assist team in construction administration.
• Develop understanding of client's program requirements and standards for
completion.
• Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects.
• Keep organized and check work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 years related experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, MS Office, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of architectural building systems.
• Basic knowledge of sustainability, and LEED guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
