Compensation: $60,000k

Make an impact from day one. You'll support core accounting operations-reconciliations, billing, intercompany activity, and Excel-based analysis-while keeping financials accurate and teams informed. You'll work in QuickBooks and ERP and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements as the company grows.

What You'll Do

• Own daily and weekly reconciliations, billing, and intercompany transactions; investigate variances and keep records audit-ready.

• Collect and validate invoices and accounting documents; process bills to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.

• Build and maintain recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses; assist with statements and special finance reporting.

• Update QuickBooks and ERP transactions, maintain organized files, and respond to vendor and customer inquiries.

• Assist with system troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements to enhance standardization.

What You'll Bring

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP.

• Strong Excel skills including reconciliations, lookups, pivots, and data validation.

• High attention to detail, strong prioritization, and clear communication with internal teams and vendors.

• Min of 2 years Accounting Experience, bachelor's in accounting preferred
