Pay: $77,000 - $85,000 Performance Bonus

As the Senior Accountant, You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Managing consolidated financial reporting and intercompany transactions.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
- Preparing tax filings and coordinating with external tax advisors.
- Monitoring project costs and maintaining Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules.
- Assisting with audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to management.
Our Ideal Senior Accountant Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) required.
- CPA preferred but not required.
